Legend has it that on the night between June 23rd and 24th, the shortest night of the year, witches gather around the walnut tree to collect its green fruits and celebrate their sabbath. Faithful to this tradition, on St. John’s Day we collect Sorrento walnuts that, cut into 4 wedges, we will macerate until October 31st. It will rest in the bottle for the next 12 months.
